1. Are your personal care products safe and skin-friendly?

All of our personal care items are formulated with mild, non-irritating and high-quality raw materials, free from harmful ingredients such as parabens, sulfates and harsh chemical additives. Every product has passed strict safety tests and quality inspections to meet international beauty and personal care industry standards. Our formulas are suitable for most skin types including sensitive skin, dry skin and oily skin, bringing gentle and effective daily care experience for customers.

2. What is the shelf life of your personal care products?

All our goods feature a long shelf life of 2–3 years for unopened products under normal storage conditions. We recommend storing the products in a cool, dry and ventilated place, avoiding direct sunlight and high-temperature humid environments. After opening, please use up the product within 6–12 months to ensure the best efficacy and product activity. Each product is clearly marked with production date and expiration date on the package for your reference.

3. Can I return or exchange personal care products?

We support return and exchange services for unused, unopened and intact products within the valid after-sales period. Due to hygiene and safety regulations of personal care products, opened, used or damaged products caused by personal use will not be eligible for return or exchange. If you receive defective, wrong or missing items, please contact our customer service team with order photos within 48 hours after receiving the package, and we will solve the problem for you as soon as possible.

4. How long will it take to see the effect of the care products?

The effective period varies according to different product types and personal skin conditions. Daily cleansing and moisturizing products can bring obvious comfortable skin state after continuous use. For skin repair, brightening and conditioning care products, most customers can see gradual improvement in skin texture and condition after 2–4 weeks of consistent use. We insist on mild and safe plant-based care, focusing on long-term skin maintenance rather than instant drastic effects.
